Like the 4-minute mile?
Having all of this all the time at this stage of our human evolution might not yet be possible. It could be like the 4-minute mile; we have to ease into it. However, getting glimpses (short periods of experiencing one or more aspects) of this on a regular basis is better than not knowing of its existence. The idea is to build stamina and sustaining power to maintain these states of being for longer, and find ways of invoking them more regularly.
It is a process; takes time and practice
So it is a process, does not happen overnight, and because of prior ‘programming’ there are ‘hiccups’ where we revert to older, more ingrained habits and patterns, especially when under stress, duress, or stretched.
Heightened awareness/ ecstatic states
However, because of the genius within activation, and experience of these (shall we call them ‘heightened’) states, we can return there, more readily every time.
It is like the first humans learning to walk upright
The analogy that comes to mind here is like learning to walk. When you know you can stand, even if it is wonky, you can do it again. When you know you can take a step unaided, you can take another. And even when you fall down, you know you can get up again.
Metaphorically – If you saw no one walking upright, would you imagine it is possible?

What has this got to do with business/ relationships?
Hooks and hot buttons [ingrained, subliminal fear] snag us, trap us, trip us up, and push us off center/ off course. When you operate from 100%, there is no space for fear. Don’t you think operating from a place of 100% integrity* (integrated/ secure/ together/ incorruptible/ un-phase-able) could give you superlative leverage; laser focus, honed awareness, etc. or when you operate from an inspired frame of reference rather than driven by fear.
7 Deadly sins are symptomatic of lack
Over-consumption, avarice, greed, abuse, lust, power-mongering, etc. are all symptoms of a sense of lack – you always need more, you will never have enough, because you are not enough. [I use ‘you’ here, but it can be replaced with we/one, I am not talking about you specifically, unless the shoe fits. If you felt any sensation/ emotion; uncomfortable, angry, sinking feeling, etc. while reading this, there is something there. You can justify and rationalize it as much as you like, your Genius Within knows, watches, remembers, and chalks it up as evidence to support the beliefs you hold as ‘the real truth’ about you.]
