Step 1: Preparation (Pre-assessment Preparation): There is much to do before you start the assessments to make sure that your staff feel safe enough to give you their best version of the truth, and that the very people who have the biggest bone of contention, actually take part in the process.

Step 3: Diagnosis – Based on the statistical reports you are able to identify areas that are most at risk, most urgent, most pressing, the greatest threats and issues, and which will have the greatest impact.
Step 4: Prioritize – Prioritize the issues of utmost urgency/ importance or which are causing the greatest discontent and attend to them first.
Step 5: Strategy & Plan – Identify who will be responsible to champion/ implement the project or remedial action, select additional resources, skills, and expertise required. [On your own, or with the help of your chosen team of experts.].
